At present, Apartment Services owns and manages 40 apartment and townhome communities in Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard and Harford counties, Baltimore City and Southern Pennsylvania. Our communities cater to all social circles, including young adults just starting out in the world, new and established families and our exclusive over 55 adult population. Apartment Services owns and manages 40 apartment and townhome communities totaling 7,800 units. Our occupancy rate averages 97%. Over a quarter of our properties consistently maintain 100% occupancy. Our communities are strategically located to major thoroughfares, public transportation, Baltimore-Washington International Airport, shopping and several major employers. We consider ourselves to be leaders in the market; therefore, monthly market surveys of our area competitors are completed on each property to maintain our professional edge.
